CT Nail Lounge Policies 💚Deposits & Cancellations A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service booked and will be applied toward your total on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. 💚Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. A new deposit may be required to reserve another appointment. No-Call, No-Show No-call, no-show appointments will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments at CT Nail Lounge. 💚Before Your Appointment Guests To maintain a relaxing and comfortable experience for everyone, and because space is limited, no extra guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Existing Product Please let me know when booking if you currently have gel polish, acrylic, dip powder, hard gel, builder gel, Gel-X, or any other nail enhancement. Additional removal time may be needed, and removal fees may apply. Nail Art If you’re requesting nail art, please send your inspiration photos before your appointment. This allows me to confirm whether I can recreate the design and ensure enough time is reserved for your service. Communication If you’re running late or need to cancel or reschedule, please text me at (623) 238-0204 as soon as possible.
